KStereo is a stereo correlation meter for the KDE project. It reads audio data from /dev/dsp (Linux-specific), and displays it on a x-y-oscilloscope screen (sum signal r + l in the vertical, difference signal r - l in the horizontal direction), and the correlation coefficient of the two channels in a separate meter at the bottom of the window. The signal sources to be displayed can be selected using your favorite mixer utility.
